Led by seasoned healthcare executives, operators, and clinicians, IHS partners with organizations to drive sustainable performance improvement and long-term growth through strategic growth design, operating model transformation, AI and digital enablement, clinical quality and patient care optimization, and revenue strategy-helping clients build resilient, future‑ready healthcare enterprises in an increasingly complex environment.
Business Transformation Advisory partners with healthcare organizations to define enterprise‑wide strategy and align financial, clinical, and operational priorities to long‑term objectives. This work spans enterprise and service line strategy, population health and value‑based care models, long‑range financial forecasting, and regulatory and alternative payment methodologies‑helping leaders make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth, resilience, and system‑wide performance improvement.
The Managing Consultant requires a highly motivated problem solver with strong analytical ability, advanced degree or significant work experience, and a desire to advance within the organization. The work of a Managing Consultant can be either qualitative or quantitative in nature, and projects range from industry and subject matter research to data collection to the preparation of statistical, financial, and other forms of analysis.
Candidates located within the Baltimore‑Washington metropolitan area are preferred.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $185,000
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
