Job summary

Behavioral Concepts is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA service delivery with a team of technicians and analysts in the Brockton, MA area. The role provides clinical direction, protocol modification, and data integrity oversight, while supporting staff development.

Candidates must be BCBA with MA licensure and have reliable transportation, willing to travel up to an hour. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification or MA licensure required.
  • Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel up to one hour from regional office to deliver services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and professional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients.
  • Deliver protocol modification, assessment and family guidance for clients.
  • Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability.
  • Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
  • Provide clinical and professional feedback to staff.
  • Document services accurately and timely according to policies.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director on staff assignments to teams.
  • Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.

Overview

LEARN is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst tooversee the delivery of behavior treatment services with the support of Managing Technicians, Assistant Behavior Analysts and/or other Behavior Analysts. Managing Behavior Analysts are driven to provide clinically excellent services to their clients and their families, while promoting the clinical and professional development of the program managers and technicians assigned to their teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients
  • Deliver protocol modification, assessment and family treatment guidance for assigned clients
  • Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
  • Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
  • Provide clinical and professional feedback to staff
  • Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director regarding assignment of BAs to BT teams
  • Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification/MA Licensure Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Your own reliable transportation
  • Expected to travel up to (1) hour from your regional office to provide services to clients
  • With training, performs appropriate physical management as needed to ensure client safety
  • Works independently as well as in a team environment with colleagues and supervisors
  • Communicates well in both verbal and written forms
  • Collaborates well with others
  • Helps resolve conflicts when they arise and conducts oneself in a professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
  • Required to push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time
  • Must have the ability to react quickly to the motion of clients and objects
  • Required at times to reach up, stoop, kneel, balance, crouch or crawl
  • There may be times when you will need to exert control of clients within the guidelines of ABA
