Qualifications

• Active Missouri Bar license and JD.
• Minimum 1 year of law practice.
• Experience with creditors' rights, collections, or civil litigation.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop attorneys and staff.
• Experience managing litigation, court appearances, and legal strategy.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Required:
