What You’ll Do :

• Champion medical malpractice cases through all stages of litigation
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Lead trial preparation, including witness prep, evidence review, and strategic planning
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and medical experts
• Maintain frequent, empathetic communication with clients and, when appropriate, insurance carriers
• Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support firm goals
