The Washington State Attorney General’s Office seeks an experienced attorney to fill the role of Managing Assistant Attorney General in CRJ’s Signature Projects Section (SPS). This position oversees the SAIST and staff, providing data collection, investigative and prosecutorial support on criminal cases and justice issues.

Ideal candidates will have ABA law school credentials, WA licensure, and the ability to supervise, write clearly and communicate with diverse partners while advancing public

Qualificações

• Graduated from a law school accredited by the ABA or completed WSBA Rule 6 Law Clerk Program.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• Commitment to public service and diversity.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload with ethics and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee SAIST and staff within SAIST projects.
• Provide data collection, investigative and prosecutorial support.
• Support anti-human trafficking work and related litigation.
• Draft analysis for Attorney General on legislation impacting justice system.
• Supervise and mentor investigators, analysts, attorneys and staff.
