The Employee and Executive Advisory team helps clients navigate change, create more connected employee experiences and help leaders make a meaningful impact. This is a tremendous opportunity to work on high profile accounts across a variety of industries, build trusted relationships with clients and do work that makes a direct impact on our client’s business.

The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, talented writer and critical thinker who takes initiative and brings a high level of professionalism to the work. You have strong project management skills, are collaborative and are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You approach work with curiosity, sound judgment and a genuine interest in helping clients communicate in clear, relevant and compelling ways.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
