A fast-paced and growing restaurant group now hiring Managers and Assistant managers for our fast casual Mexican concepts in Manhattan. We have a lot of opportunities to grow. Qualities we're looking for:
  • 2 year minimum experience in a leadership position at a fast casual restaurant.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in managing profitability of high volume restaurant.
  • NYC Department of Health Certified in Food Handling and Protection.
  • Documented career stability and growth.
  • Leaders with a sense of pride, urgency and the ability to inspire.
  • Open Availability.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities include:
  • Driving profitability in the store.
  • Financial Review.
  • Controlling and reducing costs in relation to labor, purchasing, inventory and waste.
  • Involvement in daily service and rushes.
  • Supervising and managing all employees at the store.
  • Inventory management.
  • Scheduling.
  • Hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • General administrative work.
  • Catering administrative work.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction.
