Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Manager to build and scale EY's Workiva practice. You will serve as a solution architect and delivery leader, helping clients design, implement, optimize and sustain Workiva solutions across Financial Reporting and GRC use cases.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience and a proven ability to lead complex Workiva implementations, engage executive stakeholders, and mentor delivery teams across global offices.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience supporting Workiva implementations, architecture or optimization services.
• Experience serving as a functional lead, solution architect, project manager or implementation lead on multiple Workiva deployments.
• Deep understanding of Workiva's connected reporting architecture (Wdesk, Wdata, Chains) and data governance capabilities.
• Experience designing reporting architectures that integrate Workiva with ERP, EPM, CPM, data warehouse or source systems.
• Experience leading client workshops, requirements definition sessions and executive-level discussions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva implementation and optimization engagements across Financial Reporting & GRC solutions.
• Serve as lead solution architect for Workiva deployments, designing scalable reporting architectures and integration strategies.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business, accounting, regulatory and reporting needs into Workiva-enabled solutions.
• Provide collaboration with EY Alliance, FAAS, Technology Consulting, Risk, ESG and Managed Services teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support business development activities including proposals, solution design, client pursuits, account planning and thought leadership.
