The salary range considers various factors including skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $97,300 - $175,200, with actual compensation depending on individual circumstances.
The Manager, Workforce Partnership Development will lead activities to develop strategic partnerships, especially with state and local workforce development boards. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring metrics, supporting partnership pipelines, and establishing best practices. The role involves meeting with prospective partners, attending conferences, and providing insights for product innovation, ensuring alignment with workforce trends.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in partnership or business development, preferably in workforce development or public sector initiatives. Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for education.
Remote/work-from-home, with location depending on role and needs. The company has multiple locations across the US.
