You are:
An accomplished consultant who has supported the Wealth Management industry ecosystem (Investment Products and Solutions, Client and Advisor Experience, Platforms and Technology, Front/Middle/Back Operations, Risk and Regulatory). You are excited to leverage your experience to transform Financial Services organizations; working across the C-suite to capitalize on disruption, enable competitiveness, and drive growth and profitability via continuous innovation. This is an in-office hybrid role located in our New York or Boston office.

Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
The salary range is $135,000-$190,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal.
