Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Manager of Volunteer Services for Community Hospital San Bernardino. You will implement volunteer and training programs to assist staff in upholding the mission of Dignity Health. Your responsibilities include managing volunteer recruitment and scheduling, ensuring community outreach activities are supported, and handling community benefits reporting.

This position offers a competitive salary with an hourly pay range of $36.00 - $53.08, along with substantial benefits including an annual performance-based bonus and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related volunteer services in a supervisory, management or leadership role including recruiting orienting, and training volunteers and employees required.
• Experience in project management, event planning, budget administration and program development required.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As the Manager Volunteer Services for Community Hospital San Bernardino, you will implement volunteer programs and training programs in order to assist staff to uphold the mission, vision and values of Dignity Health. In this role you will manage the recruiting, training and scheduling of volunteers, and provide volunteers for community outreach activities.

You will also be responsible for community benefits programs and submitting quarterly data including annual community benefits reports.
