Diamond Baseball Holdings’ Salem RidgeYaks are seeking a Manager of Video Production to oversee planning, production, and distribution of video content across digital and in-venue platforms.

You’ll lead a team, collaborate with marketing and partnerships, and ensure content aligns with brand standards while engaging fans across channels, including live events and social media.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in video production, content creation, or digital media.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or project management experience.
  • Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Strong creative storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of video work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the baseball/event schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the video production strategy to support marketing, sponsorship, and fan engagement goals.
  • Plan, write, produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for digital, social, and in‑venue platforms.
  • Manage a team of full‑time and seasonal staff, providing creative direction, feedback, and project oversight.
  • Partner with marketing, partnerships, and communications departments to create video assets that align with key initiatives and campaigns.
  • Oversee live event and game‑day video operations, including videoboard content and live‑streaming elements.
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s video archive, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of assets.
  • Establish production timelines, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Stay current on video and digital media trends to continually improve creative output and fan engagement.
  • Provide on‑site support during events as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Issue press credentials on a game‑by‑game or full‑season basis
  • Maintain press box (take out trash, clean up food, vacuum floor
  • Hire, schedule and direct press box staff: Scorer, Pitch Clock, Data Caster
  • Work cooperatively with marketing, corporate sales, ticket sales and community relations to promote the RidgeYaks brand through social media and other avenues.
  • Support the marketing team with website management, graphic design, and other administrative tasks

Position Overview

The Manager, Video Production oversees all aspects of video content creation, including planning, production, editing, and distribution across digital and in-venue platforms. This position leads the video production team in developing creative assets that support marketing campaigns, partnerships, community initiatives, and in‑game entertainment. The Manager will collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure that all video content aligns with brand standards, engages fans, and enhances the overall experience across multiple channels.

This individual should be a creative storyteller, experienced leader, and technically proficient in digital media platforms and video production tools.
