Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum Business, is seeking a Manager, Vertical Market Sales, Healthcare to lead a sales team across healthcare markets. You will drive growth through networking, managed services and cloud solutions, coordinating with internal partners to exceed quotas and deliver strategic account plans.

You will recruit, train and develop professionals, lead weekly sales reviews, and provide actionable reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education and experience.
• 5+ years enterprise-level account sales experience in technology selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, and Fiber Services.
• 3+ years leadership experience in a competitive technology and cable sales environment with strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, Fiber Services.

• Lead, supervise and motivate a sales team to boost productivity and surpass quotas.
• Coordinate recruiting, training and ongoing development of sales professionals into a high-performing unit.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and reviews to monitor activities and drive account maintenance and acquisition.
• Attend sales calls alongside representatives to support customer engagement and strategy.
• Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform leadership and refine sales approaches.
• Assign high-priority customers and develop business with long-term potential.
• Execute special projects and pursue opportunities for long-term growth.

• Experienced in supervising teams and managing office procedures

• Demonstrated history of leadership position/team lead in fast-paced environments requiring teamwork, flexibility, and change management
• Proven organizational development and business skills
• Conversant with technology and networking technologies
• Above-average business analysis skills using MS Office tools and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, primarily within area of responsibility
• Holds a valid and active state driver's license and maintains safe driving record

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education and experience

Experience

• 5+ years enterprise-level account sales experience in the technology industry selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, and Fiber Services, with a record of success managing assigned territory to achievement and over‑achievement of quota
