Netflix Games is seeking a hands‑on and strategic‑thinking Manager, User Experience Research, to scale our user research capabilities to the next level.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing a playtesting framework to support our ambitious portfolio of games across cloud and mobile platforms. We’re looking for someone with ample experience leading UX researchers, influence with senior leadership, and experience working in a fast‑paced environment where dozens, if not hundreds, of new games and game updates are released annually. This is a rare opportunity to shape how we validate player experience and business outcomes, starting with scrappy, bespoke solutions and evolving into a scalable, repeatable system.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $377,000.00 – $560,000.00.
Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family‑forming benefits, Life and Serious Injury Benefits, and paid leave of absence programs. Full‑time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full‑time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
