Bentley Systems is seeking a User Operations Manager for the Exton, PA area with hybrid work (1 day in the office). You will lead the Exton-based User Operations Team responsible for order processing, invoicing, contracts, and records management, ensuring accurate financial data and audit integrity.

Location: Exton, PA (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)
The User Operations Manager will be focused on managing the performance and responsibilities of the Exton-based User Operations Team. The Team is responsible for order processing, invoicing, contract creation and adjustments, records management, audit integrity, and more. The ability to manage performance, inspire, and support a team will be needed in order to provide a firm foundation for the success of the team. A strong leadership profile, good comprehension of complex processes, excellent communication skills, and attention to details are all a must.
The User Operations Manager must have strong leadership qualities and be able to support the team members and their responsibilities:
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).
The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions.
