Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Manager, Treasury (Risk Strategy & Bank Reporting) in New York. You will manage treasury risk governance, covenant tracking, and bank reporting while ensuring accuracy, audit-readiness, and strong controls across debt, liquidity, and risk management.

The role offers exposure to hedge reporting, SOX controls, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit. A competitive base salary and benefits are provided.

• Support covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, treasury policies, and controls.
• Maintain covenant models, calendars, and reporting packages.
• Support quarter-end and year-end treasury reporting (debt, liquidity, hedge disclosures).
• Support hedge program reporting (mark-to-market, counterparty exposure).
• Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, evidence gathering, remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting.

About the Role

Nscale is seeking a detail-oriented treasury professional focused on treasury reporting, covenant tracking, bank deliverables, and control execution. The person in this seat will help keep the treasury function accurate, audit-ready, and operationally disciplined while building broad exposure to debt, liquidity, and risk management.

What you will own

• Support the company’s treasury risk and governance framework, including covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, treasury policies, and related controls


• Maintain covenant models, compliance calendars, certificate support files, and bank reporting packages


• Support quarter-end and year-end treasury reporting, including debt, liquidity, and hedge-related disclosures


• Support hedge program reporting, including mark-to-market, counterparty exposure, and hedge documentation


• Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking


• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit


• Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting

• No surprises on covenants, reporting deadlines, or control obligations


• Reporting is accurate, timely, and audit-ready


• Treasury calendars and obligations are well-managed

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

Salary Range

$110,000 - $200,000 USD
