A well-established healthcare consulting firm is seeking a Mid-Senior level TAS Manager to lead a team remotely. Candidates with healthcare experience will be preferred, but it is not essential. Competitive base pay of $125,000-$150,000 per year plus annual bonus opportunities.

Base pay and additional compensation

Base: $125,000-$150,000 per year

Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage and review buy & sell side engagements
• Review quality of earnings, debt, working capital
• Aptitude to understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies, in addition to challenging target assumptions
• Assist and lead sections of due diligence meetings with target management
• Create and design tailored reports specific to key issues, such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerations
• Prepare due diligence reports, summarizing key findings, risks, and recommendations, to support decision-making by clients
• Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate Seniors, Associates
