What You Will Do

• Data gathering, document review, and preparation of quality‑of‑earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Advance within the transaction advisory services group.
• Network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.
• Invest in personal professional development and participate in firm‑wide learning and development programs.
• Support growth and development of team members under the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy.

Successful Candidates Will Have

• 5+ years’ experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Certified public accountant (CPA) preferred, not required.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills; experience with complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and generating data‑driven insights.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced, shifting‑priority environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; experience presenting analyses to management and leading initiatives.
• Effective team player with ability to work with all client personnel levels.
• Comfortable interacting with senior‑level client personnel, including preparing and supporting executive briefings.

The pay rate range for this position is $126,000‑$182,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
