Compensation: Earnings are based on a 45-hour workweek

• During Training: $38,285 / year (Avg. Annual Earnings) + uncapped bonus
• After Training: $60k - $80k / year (Avg. Annual Earnings and bonus)

Work Hours

• The workday begins at 8:15 am; Monday – Friday
• Overtime and working Saturdays are required based on operational needs
• Average of 45 hours per week
• Extended office hours may vary based on branch size

Job Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending services via phone and in person
• Promote additional products to serve customers better
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements
• Assist the Branch Manager in exceeding branch goals
• Support management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents
• Learn and support management responsibilities like recruitment, staff development, and leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion (locations: MS, AL, LA, IL, MO, TX)
• Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and credit check
