Menards is hiring a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management.

As you progress through the program, your General Management team and Store Team Members will work with you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future. Immediate openings and clear advancement await.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the paid Manager Trainee program and learn core retail management skills.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to build leadership能力 and operational knowledge.
• Prepare to take on a management role at one of Menards 330+ store locations or corporate facilities.
