You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn every facet of our business and develop leadership capabilities. The program emphasizes advancement from within, offering exposure to 330+ store locations, corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business‑related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop management skills.
• Progress through training with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to prepare for a management role.
• Once training is completed, advance to store management positions across Menards locations.
