Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month development program with mentorship and training in various management areas.
• Learn operations management, including financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, people, and facilities management.
• Maintain quality and service standards to create life-changing medicines, meeting production and cost goals while ensuring compliance.
• Travel across BioLife locations to learn and build your network.
• Foster an inclusive team environment, collaborating with team members at all levels.
• Create positive donor experiences and assist with production as needed.
• Relocate to a BioLife location after promotion into management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or approximately 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience supervising teams, coaching, and performance management.
• Willingness to travel extensively, with specific requirements based on the program path.
• Ability to work in various physical conditions and work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
