Manager Trainee - Oil Change/Automotive Care

About the Role

As a Management candidate, you will participate in our extensive hands-on Manager Training Program, developing leadership skills and preparing for a management-level position in the Oil Change department. Responsibilities include performing minor automotive repairs, oil changes, customer service, and light maintenance tasks. Advancement is performance-based, with most upper management promoted from within.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold quality standards
  • Perform light automotive repairs and oil change services

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Good mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership or management experience (6 months to 1 year)
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedule
Additional Notes

Willingness to work at any local location and schedule flexibility, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Effective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment due to school attendance will no longer be available; year-round availability is necessary.
