Responsibilities: Management candidates will begin their employment in our extensive hands-on Manager Training Program. Our paid training program allows candidates to develop leadership skills while preparing for management roles in the Oil Change department. Advancement is based on performance, with many upper management and corporate employees promoted from within.
Oil Change Manager Trainees will also perform minor automotive repairs such as brakes, tires, suspension components, sensors, etc. Responsibilities include oil change services, 20-point maintenance checks, greeting customers enthusiastically and professionally, and educating them on our products and services. Additional duties include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, snow removal, and light maintenance. The pay range is $20.50 - $30.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Effective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment due to school attendance will no longer be available. Year-round availability is required.
