Responsibilities: Management candidates will begin their employment in our extensive hands-on Manager Training Program. Our paid training program allows candidates to develop leadership skills while preparing for management roles in the Oil Change department. Advancement is based on performance, with many upper management and corporate employees promoted from within.

Oil Change Manager Trainees will also perform minor automotive repairs such as brakes, tires, suspension components, sensors, etc. Responsibilities include oil change services, 20-point maintenance checks, greeting customers enthusiastically and professionally, and educating them on our products and services. Additional duties include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, snow removal, and light maintenance. The pay range is $20.50 - $30.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Upholding customer satisfaction by maintaining Delta Sonic's quality standards
• Performing employee responsibilities within your department
• Working hands-on with employees
• Training, coaching, and evaluating staff
• Adhering to safety regulations
• Preparing reports on staffing and financials
• Interacting positively and professionally with customers
• Performing maintenance and minor repairs on mechanical systems and equipment

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• A valid driver's license is preferred
• NYS Inspector License preferred
• Good mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and a team player
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
• Ability to lift moderate weights
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Six months to one year of leadership or management experience
