Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our local rental branch team. You will learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by guiding customers through the rental process and addressing questions.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle prep, lot organization, documentation and compliance tasks.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, and performance metrics.
• Develop leadership skills to grow into future management roles within Hertz.
