Compensation: Earnings are based on a 45-hour workweek.

• During Training: $38,285 / year (average annual earnings) + uncapped bonus
• After Training: $60k - $80k / year (average annual earnings and bonus)

Work Hours:

• The workday begins at 8:15 am; Monday – Friday
• Overtime and working Saturdays are required based on operational needs
• As an MT, you will work an average of 45 hours every week
• Extended office hours may vary based on branch size

Job Responsibilities:

• Become proficient in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best services via phone and in person
• Promote additional products to serve new and existing customers effectively
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements
• Assist the Branch Manager in exceeding branch goals
• Support management duties such as delegating workloads and analyzing loan documents
• Learn and support management responsibilities including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management; relocation preferences are considered but not guaranteed. (Branch locations: MS, AL, LA, IL, MO, & TX)
• Employment contingent upon successful background check, drug screening, and credit check.
