Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to join our Indianapolis branch team. You’ll learn to run a rental location, deliver excellent customer service, and support daily operations.

As you progress, you’ll be prepared for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months with structured training and real-world experience. Wage is $17/hour plus incentives, with location at 6520 E 82nd St, Indianapolis, IN 46250.

Qualifications

• Age 20 or older and valid driver’s license required.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, computer, multitasking and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics and administration.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and applying sales techniques.
• Deliver a positive customer experience during the rental process and resolve questions professionally.
• Assist daily branch operations including fleet inventory, vehicle prep, lot organization and documentation.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on scheduling, teamwork and performance metrics.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 20 years old.

• Valid driver’s license required.
