Hertz Local Edition in Westerly, Rhode Island is seeking a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. This role offers hands-on experience across sales, operations, and finance.

You’ll learn how daily metrics drive outcomes, shadow management, and build a foundation for future leadership while delivering excellent customer service and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.

We’re hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

The starting wage for this position is $35,360 per year or $17.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
