This position is a short-term transitional role designed to prepare MITs for promotion to Retail/Commercial Store Management positions, typically within 8-12 weeks depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

An MIT is a member of the management team responsible for:

• Store management, supervision, and policy implementation
• Financial management including analyzing and reconciling monthly P&L statements
• Employee staffing, training, and development
• Inventory management
• Customer service leadership

MITs support the Store Manager in overall store operations, maintain team engagement, and demonstrate leadership.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Ability to work full-time flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required
• Automotive experience and financial analysis skills are a plus but not mandatory
