The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Fleet Management, and People Management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. The role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.

Wage: $18.50

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required. A valid driver’s license is required. Strong computer skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent written and spoken communication are needed.
