Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC offers a Full‑time Manager Development Program designed to develop future leaders in consumer finance. Over 10‑12 months, you will gain hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance incentives.

Location is on-site with regular weekday hours and potential extended hours; relocation may be required upon promotion. Comprehensive benefits accompany this program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Schedule & Location

Location: On‑Site. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM‑5:30PM with some extended hours during the week, may include Saturday.
