Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Development Program participant to join our full-time 10–12 month training, designed to build leadership capability across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees gain hands-on experience and mentoring as they prepare for future management roles.

Locations are on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:30 PM), with occasional extended hours and potential Saturday work during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Includes development in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Relocation to promotion into management may be required.
• Preferred: experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Location & Schedule

Location: On‑Site

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed; may include Saturday.
