Position Overview

The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role designed to prepare candidates for Store Management positions within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on experience and performance. The role involves leadership responsibilities, operational management, and training to develop management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support overall store management and policy implementation
• Manage financial activities, including analyzing and reconciling P&L statements
• Supervise staffing, training, and development of employees
• Oversee inventory management
• Lead customer service initiatives

MITs are expected to demonstrate leadership, deliver excellent customer service, and support store performance. Successful progression through training is required for consideration for management openings. Note: Promotion is not guaranteed and depends on performance and availability.

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Ability to work flexible full-time hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
• Previous automotive or financial analysis experience is a plus but not mandatory
