The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role designed to prepare individuals for promotion into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. From the start of the program, progression to management may occur within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on experience and performance.
An MIT is part of the management team, expected to Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and drive store performance. Under the Store Manager's supervision, the MIT will lead a store team through strong leadership and initiative.
The MIT supports the Store Manager in:
MITs must complete operational and management training, learn key business aspects, and demonstrate consistent progress to remain in the program and be considered for management roles. Promotion depends on performance and availability of openings.
Note: Promotion to Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager is not guaranteed and depends on various factors.

Compensation Range (USD): $18.50 - $19.58 per hour
