The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role that provides work assignments and training to prepare MITs for promotion into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. From entry into the program, promotion to management may occur within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on experience and performance.
An MIT is a management team member expected to Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and drive store performance. Under the Store Manager's supervision, the MIT will lead the store team through strong leadership, initiative, and example.

MITs must complete operations and management training, learn key business aspects, and demonstrate progression to remain in the program. Promotion to management depends on performance and availability of openings.
