Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for managing a small driver team and/or non-traditional shifts (including nights and weekends). The role involves ensuring safe and timely freight movement, load assignment, and delivering exceptional customer service. The employee will be trained to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and will oversee driver compliance and company policies, working with internal and external contacts to plan, route, monitor, and deliver freight effectively.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma/GED, up to 4 years of related experience, and/or currently enrolled in a degree program with up to 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with flexibility to work various shifts. Willingness to travel to various locations.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of related experience or equivalent.
