Position Overview:

The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role designed to prepare individuals for Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. Upon entry into the program, progression to management can occur within approximately 8-12 weeks, depending on prior experience and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support overall store management, including policy implementation and store operations.
• Assist in financial management tasks, such as analyzing and reconciling monthly P&L statements.
• Participate in employee staffing, training, and development.
• Manage inventory and deliver excellent customer service.

MITs are expected to demonstrate leadership, uphold company values, and complete necessary training to advance within the company. Promotion to management depends on performance and available openings.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Flexible full-time schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Previous automotive experience and financial analysis skills are preferred but not required.
