The ideal candidate will lead a team, oversee operations, and drive store profitability. Applicants should have retail management experience and excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. Full-time availability is required. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.

• Experience in automotive retail or analyzing company financials (e.g., P&L) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and lead a high-performing team.
• Analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements for store optimization.
• Support operational compliance and structured training processes.
• Support store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to build a strong team.
• Lead customer service activities and resolve issues proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training and learn store operations.

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Managers and MITs play a key leadership role, expected to Live The Pledge and deliver WOW! Customer Service while executing store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. Through operational oversight and team development, store management supports AutoZone’s mission of providing trusted automotive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Development – Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and cultivate a high-performing, engaged store team.
• Communication Excellence – Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers to drive store execution and performance.
• Metrics Mindedness – Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to optimize store profitability.
• Structure & Process Orientation – Support store operations, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold structured training processes.
• Teamwork & Training – Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training employees to develop a strong, successful team.
• Customer Service Leadership – Take charge of customer service activities, ensuring outstanding experiences and resolving concerns proactively.
• Inventory & Sales Management – Oversee inventory accuracy, store merchandising, and sales strategies to maximize success.
• Operations Training – Complete management skills training, learning key aspects of store operations and AutoZone culture.

MITs must demonstrate consistent progression throughout the training program to be considered for management openings. Promotion is performance-based and subject to management availability.

• Minimum 1 Year: 1-2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
