Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center is looking for motivated individuals for the Manager Trainee Position. This full-time paid training program aims to develop managerial skills within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Upon completion, trainees will be positioned for advancement to management roles across any of Menards' more than 330 locations. Benefits include flexible scheduling, medical and dental plans, and exclusive discounts.

Qualifications

Motivated individuals with outstanding customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Previous leadership experience is beneficial.
Business-related education preferred.

Responsibilities
