Job summary

Hirsch Pipe & Supply Co. seeks a Manager Trainee to fast-track into leadership. You will be trained across branch sales, operations, and administration in a dynamic wholesale plumbing environment. The program aims for an Assistant Branch Manager role within 1–2 years.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in inventory management, customer service, and branch administration while developing leadership skills in a busy distribution setting.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Job Summary – Manager Trainee

Join Hirsch as a Manager Trainee!

This is a fast-track program with the expectation that you will be eligible to become an Assistant Branch Manager in 1-2 years. As a Manager Trainee, you will be trained in all aspects of branch sales, operations, and administration as well as provided extensive experience working in the wholesale plumbing industry. You will be working in a distribution warehouse environment.
