Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Lawrence, Kansas is seeking a motivated individual for the Manager Trainee position. This full-time, paid training program is designed to develop future leaders of the company through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Candidates will work closely with the General Management team and Department Managers to gain essential management skills for a successful career at Menards, with opportunities for advancement within any of the 330+ store locations or corporate offices.
