Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Bolingbrook is looking for motivated individuals to join as Manager Trainees. This full-time paid training program is designed to develop future leaders in retail management.

You will work alongside department managers to understand our operational processes, with a solid opportunity for advancement within the company after program completion. We're committed to promoting from within and supporting career growth across our locations.

Qualifications
