Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center in Oak Park Heights is seeking a Manager Trainee for a full-time training program designed to develop future leaders in Retail Management. You'll receive hands-on training with support from your General Management team and other Store Team Members to prepare for a management role.

Qualifications

Ability to lead and develop a team.
