This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer, responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. Responsibilities differ by Department: the Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, sales promotions are executed, service staff are trained, and Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures quality food, speed, safety, cost control, and staff training on production procedures. The People Department Manager hires, trains, and schedules crew to meet sales and profit goals, ensuring crew are recognized and motivated.
