Hertz Local Edition in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. You will gain hands-on experience across sales, operations, and administration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control, assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with tasks including vehicle prep, lot management and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion, understand reporting and metrics.

We're hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

The starting wage for this position is $38,480.00 per year or $18.50 per hour

What You'll Do

Sales & Customer Service

• Support achievement of location sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices

Operations & Fleet Management

• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control
• Assist with store operations and compliance

Vehicle and Facility Care

• Support team with miscellaneous task including but not limited to cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, lot management, and customer service assistance

Finance & Administration

• Learn finance processes and support deal completion
• Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics

Leadership Development

• Shadow and support management in daily operations
• Build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching
• Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training
• Learn how role contributes to/impacts the overall financial wellbeing of the company
