Menard, Inc Career Center in Carpentersville seeks a motivated individual to join our Manager Trainee program. This full-time position offers hands-on training in retail management, preparing you for leadership roles within our team.

As a Manager Trainee, you'll work closely with experienced staff to gain a solid understanding of our operations and advance within our 330+ locations. We value innovative and goal-oriented individuals, ready to provide outstanding customer service and drive team success.

Qualifications

Outstanding Customer Service skills required.
Ability to lead and develop a team is essential.
Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage in a hands-on training program for management skills.
