The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role designed to prepare individuals for Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. The program typically lasts 8-12 weeks, depending on prior experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support overall store management, including operations, customer service, and team leadership.
• Assist in financial management, including analyzing and reconciling monthly P&L statements.
• Participate in employee staffing, training, and development.
• Help manage inventory and ensure store policies are followed.

MITs are responsible for completing training and demonstrating progress to be considered for management roles. Promotion to a Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager depends on performance and availability.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Flexible full-time schedule, including weekends and overtime.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Previous automotive or financial analysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.
