The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role that provides work assignments and training to prepare MITs for promotion into Retail/Commercial Store Management positions. Progression to management typically occurs within 8-12 weeks, depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support overall store management, including customer service, store operations, and team leadership.
• Assist in financial management tasks such as analyzing and reconciling monthly P&L statements.
• Participate in employee staffing, training, and development.
• Support inventory management and store performance.

MITs must complete training modules and demonstrate performance to remain in the program and be considered for management roles. Promotion depends on performance and availability.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work flexible full-time hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Previous automotive or financial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
