The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role providing work assignments and training to prepare MITs for promotion to Retail/Commercial Store Management. Progression to management may occur within approximately 8-12 weeks based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and drive store performance as a management team member
• Support overall store operations including management, supervision, and policy implementation
• Manage financials, analyze and reconcile P&L statements
• Handle employee staffing, training, and development
• Oversee inventory management and customer service

MITs are responsible for completing training, learning about the business and culture, and demonstrating progression to remain in the program. Promotion to management depends on performance and openings.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Bilingual preferred, automotive experience and financial analysis experience are a plus but not required
