Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager Lead for Workspace to drive Generative AI programs across a large engineering organization. You will steer complex, multi-disciplinary projects, plan requirements with internal customers, and shepherd them through the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish, scale, and optimize organizational frameworks, templates, and processes across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional annual planning cycles with milestone tracking and technical reviews.
• Grow the team’s technical program management skills and drive strategic outcomes.
• Drive tracking mechanisms for health metrics, headcount, and portfolio efficiency.
• Synthesize roadmaps and initiatives into clear communications for senior leadership.

Minimum qualifications

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering a rich portfolio encompassing AI initiatives, first/second/third party integrations, core infrastructure, and other strategic AI projects. AI will change the future of work in profound ways, and our products— Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Sheets, Vids and Meet are at the forefront.
